Dumplings For the Unpaid In Beijing
Hoping that a simple meal will alleviate the plight of migrant workers, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and Beijing's local trade unions have promised to provide jiaozi dumpling dinners to Beijing's migrant workers during the upcoming Spring Festival holiday.
In particular, those migrant laborers who are battling to receive unpaid wages will be fed first.
The jiaozi dinner was announced during a press conference this week to announce support for China's 130 million migrant workers.
