DRS Promotes Recycled Hard Disks To Protect Environment
In response to the State Environmental Protection Administration's call for protecting the environment, China's State Information Center Data Repair Service (DRS) will once again launch activities to promote recycling of hard disks.
Users who send their old hard disks to the recycling centers designated by DRS will get a discount card for future data repair services. Consumers can also buy cheap, refurbished hard disks from many of these DRS centers.
Ye Hong, a representative from State Information Center, says that hard disks are one of the electronic components that are frequently changed, so recycling them is of great importance to protecting the environment.
