The electric bikes made by Shanghai Forever Company, which was earlier expelled from the Beijing market, has now been approved to resume its sales in China's capital city.
In early September, Forever was expelled from Beijing for selling bikes through businesses that were not properly registered.
The company has since applied for correct registration for three of its brands and 34 types of electric bikes, and it has received its sales permit from the Beijing Industry and Commerce Bureau.
A representative from the Municipal Industry and Commerce Bureau has told local media that Forever has also recalled some problematic products.
With a history of over 60 years, Forever is one of the pioneering bike manufacturers in China. It makes more than 100 kinds of bicycles in six major categories.
