CCF Raises Funds To Support Disabled Children
The China Charity Federation recently auction in Beijing to raise funds in support of disabled children and orphans in China.
During the auction, 12 pieces of furniture from noble families in Britain, which were provided by Shenzhen New World Home Corp, were sold for nearly RMB1 million. The money will be used to help those disabled and orphaned children's schooling, according to a representative from CCF.
Founded in 1994, CCF is a non-governmental charity organization made up of common citizens, businesses, and social institutions that have great enthusiasm in public welfare undertakings. So far, CCF has raised over RMB1.1 billion for the benefit of millions of needy people in China.
