The launch of this service is aimed at improving the service level of technical and quality supervision, accelerating the processing of information related to quality supervision and promoting the application and development of electronic governmental affairs.

Consisting of an interior system and exterior system, this short message service platform is responsible for releasing laws and regulations on quality supervision and other related information to users of China Mobile, Chine Unicom and Personal Access Phone System.
