Your Responsibilities:
1. Customer Satisfaction
-Maintain a high-level business relationship with internal and external customers. Improve customer relations by monitoring customer feedback to evaluate the performance.
2. QA Management
- Adverse Event reporting
- Recall
- Post Market Surveillance
- Interfacing with Regulatory Agencies, Trade Associations, Standards Organizations, Harmonization Organizations
- Sustainability
3. Personal quality
- Understand and keep studying all the new regulations both national and international.
- To be professional in QA & RA field.
- To be enthusiastic in working
4. Communication
- Regularly communicate with all BU/BGs and internal team.
- Actively communicate with external authorities to understand the new regulation .
5. Product Knowledge and ongoing development
- Obtain company product knowledge through training or on the job training as required. Global Modality Seminar and product training are required.
Your Profile:
- Have experience in regulation field.
- Be familiar with Chinese and international regulation in medical devices.
- Good English skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self starter and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated orientation toward process, process improvement and achievement of standards.
