Pentair Water Donates Water Processing Equipment To Chinese Schools
During the First China Clean Water Industry Summit Forum held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, American water processing company Pentair Water donated water processing facilities worth about RMB300,000 to charities in western China.
The water processing facilities donated by Pentair are fairly advanced and they can produce directly drinkable water. These facilities will be given to poor schools in western China to solve the water problem for local school children. Pentair said it would continue to support public welfare undertakings to provide more Chinese children access to safe, healthy and fresh water.
Pentair Water is a U.S. water processing company. Established in 1966, the company has become one of the largest water processing equipment manufacturers in the world and its global business revenue reached US$3.4 billion in 2007.
