On June 1, Henan government issued "View on the Implementation of Promoting Employment", which states that enterprises that employ disabled persons can get a loan of CNY2 million.

According to statistics of Henan Disabled Persons' Federation, there are 7.303 million disabled people in Henan, accounting for 7.2% of the total population of the province. To encourage enterprises to increase job opportunities and to employ the jobless and the disabled, Henan provincial government issued "View on the Implementation of Promoting Employment" on June 1.

Enterprises that employ a certain number of the jobless or disabled, and small and medium sized companies that are set up by the jobless, will also enjoy preferential tax policies.
