		<description>South African Tired of corruption in China.

It is a tremendous and sincere job done by the local government. But what about the people from all those country&#039;s that have been staying in China for the last decade.

If one need to have ties with a foren country, I think one should pay attention to the people staying in China from those country&#039;s first. As for it may damage the relation and trust seriously if they are neglected as a forrener in this country.

In my case after 8 years staying in China, with a Chinese wife still have to fight with the visa department to get a more expectable visa period or tempory residence. Visa payments very monthly and if one have confirm the payment with Beijing, one would find a complete different story. Example for a green card, Beijing would have the cost around 2000 RMB but in Chengdu the cost are around 11000 Rmb. How would it be possible for me to have children if I am not even allowed to stay here or be excepted as a resident of China.

I have been fighting for 3 years now to get the legal papers for the apartment I bought. The construction company refuse to pay the construction workers, and they on the other hand have some power together with the high authorities to withhold my and 200 other owners our home documents. If one talk to the local government they would laugh and say &quot;you have been cheated, sorry we cannot do nothing&quot;

So how do one judge the governments effort in helping third world country&#039;s or are these information not under there attention,as of thousands of other corruption cases that are well known to me.
