First US-China Joint Venture Hospital Established In Hunan

Sunnylife Global says it has received approval from China's Ministry of Commerce to launch the first US-China joint venture hospital in Hunan Province.

The joint venture hospital will be capitalized by Xiang Tan Li Yuan Hospital and Sunnylife Global Inc. The total investment in the project is approximately RMB42 million.

The Xiang Tan Li Yuan Hospital will invest RMB42 million and Sunnylife Global will invest RMB98 million. The hospital is a general hospital with four departments: internal medicine, external medicine, OBGYN and Neurology. The hospital is a 500 bed facility.

The Xiang Tan Li Yuan Hospital is the Hunan Province's first hospital to be operated separate from the government of China. The hospital was originally owned and operated by Xiang Tran Electronic Manufacturing Group Co., LTP. The hospital is now prepared for reassignment to Sunnylife Global.
