		<description>Not sure on pricing, but getting a passport is very very easy--as it seems you are not a Chinese person, just have your Chinese friend call up the place where their hukou or dang&#039;an are kept and it takes a few days to process and a few weeks to receive the finished passport. The only sticky point is the Chinese person must return back to where their hukou is registered.

Many years ago, Chinese found it quite difficult to get passports, but that has all disappeared in the last 10 years and no it&#039;s rather simple and straightforward.</description>
