The China Europe International Business School has signed a new MBA Scholarship Agreement with Bosch China.
Under the agreement, the Bosch Corporation will donate a full scholarship for one CEIBS MBA 2007 student, representing a value of RMB169,000. This agreement follows similar scholarship cooperative ventures recently formed with CEIBS and Baosteel, Emerson, LVMH and OCBC.
The new Bosch MBA Scholarship will be awarded to a CEIBS MBA 2007 student with work experience in sales, project management, or purchasing. Criteria and selection procedures are outlined in the agreement. Both sides will work together to ensure the smooth execution of the agreement, and to attract targeted business leaders to CEIBS.
The signing of the agreement illustrates the win-win-win relationship between CEIBS, its corporate sponsors, and its students. First, the company says the agreement highlights the commitment of Bosch Corporation to the social responsibility mission of helping to develop and expand China's workforce of talented and qualified young business managers. Second, the agreement allows CEIBS to accept a promising student candidate and to develop him or her into a business leader. The student beneficiary of the scholarship will also reportedly cherish both the opportunity to study at CEIBS and the generous support from Bosch that made it possible.
