Alfa Laval has won an order for plate heat exchangers to the fast growing power industry in China.
"Energy efficiency and energy production are two global trends that drive our business," says Lars Renstrom, CEO and president of the Alfa Laval Group. "This is another order that confirms the positive trend within our customer segment Energy and Environment." Did you know that Alfa Laval's first office in China was established in 1984 and that the company's products had already been sold on the Chinese market since the 1950's.
To meet the country's rapidly growing energy demand the Chinese government envisages to increase its power generating capacity.
Alfa Laval is a leading global provider of specialized products and engineering solutions based on its key technologies of heat transfer, separation and fluid handling. The company's equipment, systems and services are dedicated to assisting customers in optimizing the performance of their processes.
