Jiangxi To Rank Social Aid Credit

China's Jiangxi Province will set up a social aid credit system this year.
Under the system, all social aid providers, social aid staff, social aid applicants and people receiving social aid must sign a credit pledge which will be divided into several levels.
Grade A is the basic level and also an important premise for awarding the advanced holders. A Grade A holder will be upgraded to AA if he or she is not involved in any problems within one year, and upgraded to AAA if there is not any problems within three years. However, the Grade A holder will be downgraded to E for one problem, to EE for two demerits and to EEE for three problems. People who are receiving social aid will be issued a warning if their grade is E, they will be reviewed each month if their grade is EE, and their qualification for receiving social aid will be cancelled if they are at the lowly EEE level. Correspondingly, organizations that certify the social aid receiver will be claimed to be invalid if their grade is EEE.
Social aid staff at the E level will also need to make an apology to their applicants. Those at EE level will be criticized publicly and those who are at the EEE level will receive an unnamed punishment in accordance to the degree of their violation.
