Falling Stars For 14 Hainan Hotels

News from Hainan Provincial Tourism Bureau is that 14 hotels in Hainan have seen their star qualifications revoked.
The 14 hotels include Danzhou Yueyuanhu Lake Holiday Hotel and Sanya Hubaoshi Hotel. They are said to have lost their star grades due to many unstated problems. Four other hotels, including Sanya Zhaohao Holiday Residence and Sanya Shiyun Hotel, have been downgraded because they have failed to maintain their quality requirements at the existing star grade. In addition, 19 hotels, including Haikou International Finance Hotel and Qionghai Yinhai International Resort, have been suspended in the annual inspection and given three months to rectify their respective businesses.
Totally 191 hotels, including 13 five-star hotels, 41 four-star hotels, 87 three-star hotels, 39 two-star hotels and 11 one-star hotels in the province, have passed the annual review.
