China Telecom Builds Information Sharing Platform For The Disabled In Xinjiang

China Telecom Xinjiang Branch and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Disabled People Federation have jointly held a donation and opening ceremony for the launch of a special website for the disabled in Xinjiang.
Constructed by China Telecom Xinjiang Branch, the website of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Disabled People Federation is aimed at serving as a platform for the disabled people in Xinjiang to participate in and exchange information.
In addition to donating money to improve the studying and living conditions of Xinjiang Disabled Persons' Vocational Secondary School, China Telecom Xinjiang Branch also gave 10 computers and 100 telephone radios to the school. The company pledged to provide preferential services for the disabled who apply for telecom service.
China Telecom Xinjiang Branch says it has long been committed to serving the disabled and has tried its best to reduce the digital gaps between different social groups.
