I believe it is quite standard for charities to take a commission when they collect donations in the PRC because how else can they live and operate. So this woman needs to be provided a second chance since this is a quite rough period of time for charities with all the worries of earthquakes. I'm sure she did not intend to be rude and instead has much on her mind. I cannot find the Red Cross video for this so can you please help me locate?
