Liaoning Exposes Fifteen Enterprises Lacking Social Insurance Premiums

During a press conference, the Liaoning Bureau of Local Taxation released a list of enterprises that failed to pay social insurance premiums for employees.
The 15 enterprises include Shenyang Electric Motor Co., Ltd.; Fushun Aluminum Plant; Anshan Public Traffic Company; Jinzhou Ferroalloy Co., Ltd.; and Panjin Dongguo Reed Plant. Shenyang Electric Motor failed to pay CNY54.72 million, which is the largest amount, and the least is Shenyang Shenfei Hino Manufacturing Co., Ltd, with CNY10.33 million unpaid premiums for its workers. Total premiums of the 15 enterprises is CNY328.72 million.
Deputy director of Liaoning Bureau of Local Taxation Chen Lu'e said if these 15 companies can not pay the social insurance premiums in one month, local taxation departments will apply to the court for enforcement in accordance with "Provisional Regulations on Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Premiums". In the later two quarters, Liaoning Local Taxation Bureau will continue to expose enterprises that fail to pay social insurance premiums, and the situation will be included in the new tax credit grade system.
