Henan Labor and Social Security Office has published a simplified version of the labor contract law for migrant workers.
In spite of listing the detailed clauses of labor contract law, the simplified version has just 11 clauses and 1,385 characters. Important information such as probationary periods, minimum wages, working hours, social security and welfare, labor protection, prevention of occupational hazards, and labor disputes are all included in the text.
Compared with the ordinary labor contract text, this migrant worker labor contract is much easier to understand. Migrant workers will get a better comprehension of labor contract related regulations and will be better able to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
