Shangri-La's Kerry Centre Hotel, Beijing celebrated Christmas with children of Beijing Sun Village by hosting a party for 20 of the home's children for an afternoon with executive pastry chef Jean-Luc Vasseur making gingerbread. The party commenced with a welcome note from Johnson Wong, the hotel's general manager, and followed with the children decorating their chef's hats. The highlight of the day was the gingerbread-making session.
