The First NGO Forum was recently held at the Pudong Civic Center and was attended by representatives from Non-Profit Incubator, the Pudong Social Workers Association, the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, Ebay, Swarovski, Wenhui Daily, Xinmin Weekly, and the Shanghai Evening Post, together with Shanghai citizens as well as members of Students in Free Enterprise at Shanghai International Studies University. The participants also had animated discussions on the development of NGOs in light of the current economic situation.
