To whom it may concern
Being a big fan of Cathay pacific and frequent flyer &
having read a little re: Cathay's commitment to CSR - in major issues such as
'meeting the industry's emission reduction goals; a continued commitment to the safety of passengers and staff, as well as reporting on the airlines' enhanced safety management system; the airlines' investment in communities and staff, which outlines community projects inside and outside of Hong Kong, as well as ensuring that staff are provided with a motivating working environment', I do appreciate that a lot is being done by the airline - in terms of commitment to CSR, However I did want to air my views re: the no of plastic bags used on every Cathay flight and wondered if anything could be done to reduce this? ( On business class alone - there are the following bags: 1 for headset/ 1 for inflight magazine/ 1 for duty free shopping magazine/ 1 for blanket )It would be great to see Cathay reducing the amount of plastic used on every flight.
Kind regards
