		<description>Hi,
I am writing to acknowledge that this trend would be of tremendous benefit to online shoppers like me. On the average, I spend over £1,000 shopping online via ebay, amazon etc from china dealers but recently, many of the traders did not deliver the advertised item as promised and also refused to refund my money after i have returned these items. Some sellers intentionally avoid my email. I would be glad if I can get a contact to deal with these false businessmen online or if i can get a access to a consumer protection agency in china.

Thank you.</description>
