Toyota, China FAW Group Donate To Earthquake Relief

Toyota, China FAW Group Corporation and their joint venture company have expressed their condolences to people affected by the earthquake in Sichuan and they've donated RMB10 million and ten SUV Prado vehicles to help with the relief efforts.

Sichuan China FAW-Toyota Co., Ltd, the joint venture between China FAW Group Corporation and Toyota, has about 1600 employees. So far, there is no casualty reported among the employees.

The parties say that they will give full priority to respecting life and will work with concerned companies and business partners to do their utmost in the disaster relief and post-disaster reconstruction while ensuring the safety of their employees.
