As a punishment, Wenzhou Yuanfeng Paper Making Factory's equipment has been sealed, they have been asked to rectify their business within 20 days and pay a RMB100,000 as a fine.<\/p>\n<p>Plating, chemical, dyeing and paper making sectors are the main pollution sources for Wenzhou.
