Since then, Bai never claimed the mileage himself, but later in May this year he accidentally found out that his latest flying was not recorded by Ctrip.com.<\/p>\n<p>After Bai contacted Ctrip's Client Service Department about the data loss, the company denied there was something wrong with their service, and transferred Bai to Ctrip's Membership Center for a solution.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding Bai's question, a representative from the Membership Center of Ctrip.com said mileage accumulation is a value-added service provided to Ctrip members, but Ctrip.com won't be responsible for the consequences of any problems of the service.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An internet user surnamed Bai has told local media that online travel service provider Ctrip.com not only loses users' accumulative mileage records, but also refuses to take responsibility for this.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[7],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1369","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-consumer"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.2 -
