Jiang Chunyun, director of CFPA, says that China has made remarkable achievements in family planning in the past 30 years and the country's population has been reduced by 400 million, which has brought great benefit to the country's economic growth.<\/p>\n<p>Jiang says solving the difficulty of needy one-child families and the elderly is of great significance to China's family planning work and the building of a harmonious society.
