A reporter in Beijing had earlier this month concocted a fake news story that claimed Chinese dumplings were being filled with cardboard. The reporter later said the story was fake.<\/p>\n<p>These companies say they will carefully study the keynote speech made by Chinese president Hu Jintao at the Central Party School, learn the relevant laws and regulations and strive to build up a self-disciplined and righteous news work team.
