Consumers only need to input a cosmetics' brand, product name or business license before they can find detailed information about the product.<\/p>\n<p>Consumers can report to a complaint center jointly set up by Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Administration, Shanghai Municipal Department of Industry and Commerce and Shanghai Consumers' Right Protection Commission or report online when they find that the cosmetics they buy are unqualified.
