Ten Chinese Ministries, including the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Personnel, Ministry of Labor and Social Security and National Development and Reform Commission have held a joint conference on the employment of college students who are going to graduate next year.<\/p>\n
To ensure that students can be fully employed, the ministries will take five new measures, which include, enlarging general planning and coordination and implementing more active policies to promote the employment of college graduates by taking the advantageous opportunity presented by the implementation of the Employment Promotion Law; enlarging investment and further strengthening the public employment service for college graduates; extensively carrying out students skill training and internship activities; encouraging students to work at the grass roots; and providing employment aid and insurance for students from underprivileged families.<\/p>\n
About 5.59 million college students will graduate from colleges and universities across China next year, which is an increase of 640,000 students compared with that of the previous year and means that the employment opportunities may be fewer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
