Shanghai Municipal Water Affairs Bureau is the supervisor of SWRPF.<\/p>\n<p>Liang Zhongping, secretary general of SWRPF, says that the water fund will not only serve Shanghai, but also the whole Yangtze River Delta region. SWRPF's funds will be used for waste water processing and water-saving technologies.
