To help ease employment pressures, Chinese electronics retailer D.Phone says it will give priority to recruiting college graduates and laid-off workers.<\/p>\n
Twenty-six branches of D.Phone have already begun to recruit college graduates and laid-off workers in over 70 Chinese cities. Systematic training will be provided to these employees to help them improve their skills. The number of graduates has been increasing since college enrollment expansion began years ago. In 2008, the number hit a new high of 5.59 million.<\/p>\n
A spokesperson from D.Phone says besides offering consumers with plenty of mobile phones, making contributions to the society is also D.Phone's management philosophy.
