The Approach prescribes the statutory labor security obligation of private non-enterprise units.<\/p>\n<p>If employment units refuse or fail to provide relative evidence of no back pay, labor security departments can order the units to pay wages defined in accordance with the wage of the same or similar position where the complainant works.
