{"id":3043,"date":"2008-09-08T03:31:14","date_gmt":"2008-09-07T19:31:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/en\/?p=3043"},"modified":"2008-09-05T09:55:39","modified_gmt":"2008-09-05T01:55:39","slug":"zhejiang-to-promote-collective-wage-negotiation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/en\/2008\/09\/08\/3043-zhejiang-to-promote-collective-wage-negotiation\/","title":{"rendered":"Zhejiang To Promote Collective Wage Negotiation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Zhejiang Provincial Government have jointly promulgated a document promoting collective wage negotiations.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>They aim to ensure that 70% of all enterprises and 100% of state-owned and collective enterprises adopt the system by the end of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>The document mandates that enterprises facilitate employees &#8212; and especially employee representatives &#8212; in participating in democratic corporate management and collective wage negotiations.
