Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao recently signed the 535th Order of the State Council for the issuance of Regulations For the Implementation Of the Labor Contract Law, and these regulations are in effect now.<\/p>\n

The regulations include six chapters and 38 clauses, designed for the implementation of the Labor Contract Law and to make the law more effective. Detailed regulations have been made for areas such as terminating a labor contract, disposition of labor, and legal liability.<\/p>\n

Government at all levels, the relevant administrative departments and trade unions have been instructed to promote the implementation of the Labor Contract Law for harmonious labor relations. <\/p>\n
