Jiashan Power Supply Bureau in Zhejiang Province recently published its corporate social responsibility management manual.<\/p>\n
The manual covers corporate values, CSR policies; the target for CSR work in 2008; the scope and content of CSR; and specifies the responsibilities of each department.<\/p>\n
According to the manual, Jiashan Power Supply Bureau has established eight sets of goals and metrics: power supply safety, offering high quality service, safeguarding the interests of employees, environmental protection and energy saving, serving the rural community, speeding up grid construction, strengthening corporate governance, and being a good corporate citizen.<\/p>\n
The implementation of the CSR system will be divided into four stages: planning, operation, inspection, and summary.
