However, with the exception of Jinzhou, the locations of the oil reserve bases has not been made public, states local Chinese media.<\/p>\n
It is understood that China has scheduled three phases of oil reserve base construction with a planned storage capacity of 10 million tons to 12 million tons in the first phase of construction, and 28 million tons in both of the second and third phases of construction.<\/p>\n
