During a national special audit of telecom charges arranged by the State Development and Reform Commission, China Mobile's Nanjing Branch was found to have charged about CNY30 million illegally between January 2007 and August 2008.<\/p>\n
A representative from China Mobile Nanjing has confirmed with the media that they had been audited, but this person said that they did not know the results of the audit.<\/p>\n
According to the unnamed insider, China Mobile Nanjing's infringement is mainly procedural. The company began to implement its fees and tariffs without receiving the approval of the appropriate departments.<\/p>\n
