It is a chance for us to showcase the quality of our chefs, while aiding a good cause,\" said Michael Wu, Regional General Manager &#8212; Beijing, InterContinental Hotels Group.<\/p>\n<p>Competition will take place in four categories: the dessert showcase, live cooking, cocktail flair and barista skills.
