The plant located in Melbourne Australia, closed its operations in December 2008.<\/p>\n<p>This most recent appointment was won over a number of other international and local asset disposal companies and follows a series of other successful tyre manufacturing sales GoIndustry DoveBid recently held for Continental Tires. <\/p>\n<p>The upcoming sales will be held in three stages in May 2009 including two online auctions on<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.Go-Dove.com\">www.Go-Dove.com<\/a> and a 2-day clearance live auction in Somerton including over 1000 lots of factory equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Major tyre manufacturing equipment, used in the production of Goodyear and Dunlop tyres for passenger vehicles will be auctioned off in the online auction set to close in May 22nd featuring tyre building machines, curing presses, extruders, calenders, mixing lines and much more.
