China's Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education have jointly issued a measure which says that the state will pay tuition fees for college graduates who are willing to go and serve for three years in grass-root units in the middle and western part of the country.<\/p>\n
According to the measure, the country will pay a maximum of CNY6,000 each year for the students' college study. The offer is said to be available to all college graduates except for targeted-area students and job-directed students as well as students who have enjoyed free tuition during college study.<\/p>\n
Students who are willing to take the offer are asked to submit an application form and an employment agreement signed by the students, their school, and their employer in middle western China to the college.<\/p>\n
The two departments say that any students who violate the agreement will be assigned responsibilities in addition to being asked to return the tuition fees paid by the state.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
