If the employers fail to do so in a year, they need to pay the employees double their salary each month.<\/p>\n<p>Tianjin Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau reminds employees to keep job advertisements and any letters of intent they signed with the employers regarding the employment as well as various other documents such as employee certificates, attendance records, and salary slips which can show their labor relation with the employer.
