{"id":5575,"date":"2009-07-03T10:15:55","date_gmt":"2009-07-03T02:15:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/en\/?p=5575"},"modified":"2009-07-03T14:34:01","modified_gmt":"2009-07-03T06:34:01","slug":"new-energy-automobile-access-management-rule-launched","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/en\/2009\/07\/03\/5575-new-energy-automobile-access-management-rule-launched\/","title":{"rendered":"New Energy Automobile Access Management Rule Launched"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>China's New Energy Automobile Manufacturers and Products Access Management Rule, which was published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China on June 25, 2009, was formally enacted on July 1, 2009.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The new rule covers new energy vehicle products at various levels of development as well as the corresponding management methods that MIIT adopts for them.<\/p>\n<p>The rule says that the definition of new energy vehicles includes hybrid vehicles, battery powered electric vehicles, fuel cell electric vehicles, hydrogen powered vehicles, and other new energy powered vehicles.
