Beijing Chaoyang District Health Department has told both the Wangjing New City Hospital and\u00a0Angel Hospital for Women and Children\u00a0to suspend their businesses for one week because they are said to have violated the rules on A H1N1 epidemic control.<\/p>\n

BCDHD said that the two hospitals have violated the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment of Infections Diseases and The Measures for the Administration of Pre-examination and Separation of Patients with Infectious Diseases by Medical Institutions by providing diagnosis and treatment to A H1N1 patients without the relevant qualifications. Therefore, they are ordered to stop their business for one week for rectification.<\/p>\n
According to BCDHD, Angel Hospital for Women an Children provided diagnosis and treatment for an A H1N1 patient though it does not have a Fever Outpatient Department. Wangjing New City Hospital provided treatment to an A H1N1 patient despite not having a special department for treating infectious diseases.<\/p>\n
