Through scientific calculations, the document has ranked Chinese provinces and cities (excluding Tibet Autonomous Region) in terms of their ecological civilization level, and the order is Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangsu, Tianjin, Guangxi, Shandong, Chongqing, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Henan, Hunan, Hubei, Hainan, Anhui, Shaanxi, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Qinghai, Hebei, Liaoning, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Guizhou, Ningxia, and Shanxi.<\/p>\n
