{"id":603,"date":"2006-07-13T06:24:09","date_gmt":"2006-07-12T22:24:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/2006\/07\/13\/insulted-fudan-university-teacher-goes-after-sohucom\/"},"modified":"2006-07-13T06:24:09","modified_gmt":"2006-07-12T22:24:09","slug":"insulted-fudan-university-teacher-goes-after-sohucom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/en\/2006\/07\/13\/603-insulted-fudan-university-teacher-goes-after-sohucom\/","title":{"rendered":"Insulted Fudan University Teacher Goes After Sohu.com"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Hua Wei, a deputy director from Shanghai's Fudan University Real Estate Research Center, is trying to settle out of court with Sohu.com after the company refused to remove some online posts that were insulting to Dr. Hua.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Hua is asking Sohu.com to delete all the concerned content from its website immediately, make an apology to him and pay him RMB100,000 for emotional distress.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Hua also sent the name of the post publishers to Sohu.com, requesting it to remove the registrations of the users and the relevant posts.
