Believing that a local teahouse in Zhejiang Province has violated its trademark, Nestle has sent a letter to the Shaoxing Quechao Buffet Teahouse, asking the teahouse to change its name within ten days.<\/p>\n

Nestle said that it will bring the teahouse to court if it fails to make the change.<\/p>\n

Chen Bocheng, a representative of the teahouse, told local media that their name has been approved by the department of industry and commerce, and they use this name because they are selling the products from Nestle.<\/p>\n

However, Beijing Janlea Trademark Agency Company, the trademark agent of Nestle China, says that the behavior of Quechao Teahouse has already infringed upon the rights of Nestle because the teahouse had already registered all the concerned trademarks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
