{"id":6571,"date":"2009-11-20T03:29:31","date_gmt":"2009-11-19T19:29:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/en\/?p=6571"},"modified":"2009-11-18T17:30:36","modified_gmt":"2009-11-18T09:30:36","slug":"saic-exposes-12-illegal-advertisements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/en\/2009\/11\/20\/6571-saic-exposes-12-illegal-advertisements\/","title":{"rendered":"SAIC Exposes 12 Illegal Advertisements"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The State Administration for Industry and Commerce has exposed 12 of advertisements which were identified as illegal during a spot check conducted in the third quarter of 2009.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The 12 advertisements included: an advertisement on Ganzhibao healthcare food which was reported as been published by Beijing Times on September 17 and containing unscientific claims for the performance of the product; and an advertisement for 304 Hospital which advertised the American DOBI breast tumor screening system using the name of a patient to testify the effectiveness of the product, which was published on September 16 in the Legal Mirror without the approval of the health department. <\/p>\n<p>Others were: an advertisement for Changsha Weide Hospital which advertised the Gene Isolation and Penetration Clone Treatment with Silver Needle and Detoxification by Gene Inoculating Treatment and published the advertisement on September 16 in Changsha Evening without the approval of the health department; and an advertisement for Baiyunshan Naoluotong Capsule which is a prescription medicine banned from public marketing, which was published on September 16 in Yangcheng Evening. <\/p>\n<p>As well as print advertisements SAIC also cited an advertisement broadcast by Southeast Satellite TV for Moyingfu cosmetics that advertised the product using consumer names.<\/p>\n<p>SAIC has said that the publishers of these advertisements would be punished severely.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The State Administration for Industry and Commerce has exposed 12 of advertisements which were identified as illegal during a spot check conducted in the third quarter of 2009.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[13],"tags":[708,3780,89,406,80,476,896],"class_list":["post-6571","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-law-order","tag-advertisement","tag-cosmetic","tag-drug","tag-hospital","tag-medicine","tag-saic","tag-state-administration-for-industry-and-commerce"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.2 -
