Dong disclosed that since the province lacks coal resources, Guangdong will work to use coal efficiently and will mainly focus on coal gasification. Dong added that a breakthrough in coal gasification technology will bring great opportunities for the economic development of Guangdong.<\/p>\n<p>It is learned that Guangdong is currently completely reliant on other regions for coal.
