{"id":7121,"date":"2010-02-05T03:30:06","date_gmt":"2010-02-04T19:30:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/en\/?p=7121"},"modified":"2010-02-04T16:43:55","modified_gmt":"2010-02-04T08:43:55","slug":"wuhan-companies-pledge-no-salary-reduction-and-back-pay","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinacsr.com\/en\/2010\/02\/05\/7121-wuhan-companies-pledge-no-salary-reduction-and-back-pay\/","title":{"rendered":"Wuhan Companies Pledge No Salary Reduction And Back Pay"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In response to an initiative of Wuhan Hanyang District Federation of Trade Unions, 1,000 enterprises in Wuahan have pledged not to reduce salaries or defer payment to their employees with the aim of expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It is said that the fulfillment of the commitment by the enterprises will be made a basis for their annual audit and a criteria in judging whether they are a harmonious enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure the commitment is duly fulfilled, Hanyang District Human Resource Bureau, Hanyang Economic and Information Bureau and Hanyang Construction Management Bureau have each included their duties into a public commitment letter.
